Hawaiian Fire Water Recipe

Ingredients:

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp Salt

60 ml vinegar

250 ml water

1 slice ginger

6 - 10 (or more) Hawaiian Kona chillies (depending on how much heat is desired)

 * Seeds for the Hawaiian Kona chilli availlable in the ‘Hot' section of the Seed Shop. 


Instructions:

Crush garlic and finely chop chillies.

Add all of the ingredients to saucepan.

Bring to boil.

Simmer for 5 minutes.  

Remove from heat. Let mixture cool and then bottle.

Let stand 2 – 3 days (to infuse) before using.
