Hawaiian Chilli Pepper Water Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Vinegar
About 8 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Salt
Hawaiian Kona 8 - 20 chillies
A dash of Soy Sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Crush garlic and combine with chopped chillies and salt.
Bring vinegar and water to boil and then pour over the other ingredients in a clean sterilised glass jar or bottle.
Add a dash of soy sauce for extra saltiness.
Let sit for approximately 24 hours and then refrigerate.
The longer it sits, the more potent and tasty it gets. One bottle can last for several months in the fridge.
