Siling Labuyo


The Siling Labuyo is a small Filipino birdseye. It is a very pungent chilli that adds heat and spicy flavour to any dish. This chilli is used to make toyomansi, the popular Filipino dipping sauce which a mix of soy sauce, calamansi (citrus) and chopped Siling Labuyo chillies. This chilli dries easily in order to make tasty powder or flakes.
